Who we hire
Our backgrounds are in operations, project management and new service launches. We do not directly hire technologists, that side of Slivers-of-Time is outsourced to Torchbox Ltd. Everyone here is a foot soldier; constantly explaining what these markets can do, how they work and how to get them launched. Experience in a sales environment is good preparation for this.
Our work environment
This is not a hyperactive Internet environment. We believe in work/life balance. Work is built around routines: Monday morning team meetings, monthly strategy off-sites, a personal review every 6 weeks.
Extremely well developed personal organisation skills are essential for team members. A strong sense of responsibility to colleagues and the project are equally important.
