We run a resteraunt and do contract catering as well. It's mainly for events that we've been using Slivers staff. We typically do 3 big events a week. The number of attendees can range from 40 to more than 150. One day the menu may be a simple buffet, the next it's canapes which need staff to hand round each plate.
Before Slivers we had to rely on agency staff who often had to be booked far in advance and had minimum periods that didn't align with our needs. I've been very pleased with the quality of people who've come to use through Slivers-of-Time.
We've also used Slivers workers on a project that was long overdue. We had 7 years worth of old invoices that needed sorting into a new filing system. We used two sellers at different times over three days when one of us was free to supervise.
