Stitch in Time Workwear

I am a one-man company. I do personalised clothing using embroidery machines, the dye sublimation process and vinyl cutting. I need extra workers when I have a big order. I wanted to try a few Slivers workers to find one who I liked. Now I’ve got Bobby who I’ve trained in all my machines and who I even trust with a set of keys so he can let himself in when I book him.

My first booking was a couple of students. One was very enthusiastic but I didn’t think he “got it” about my business. The other was obedient but didn’t have  a lot of initiative. I used them for an afternoon but didn’t book them again.

Then I found Bobby. He’s a stay-at-home Dad so he needs to work around the children and his wife but I know he’ll do the work well. I started the business less than a year ago and I definitely don’t have a need for more staff. But having someone like Bobby on tap lets me get orders out of the door quickly.
