I have started my own business. I do complementary therapies: body massage, aromatherapy and reflexology. At the moment it’s about 7-8 hours a week. I work with Community Groups mainly. Around that I need the time to do my marketing and build a business plan. I’m working with Business Link on that.

I’m just about to start a course to be a Health Trainer. It’s a new idea in the NHS. I’ll be working in communities for 17.5 hours a week advising on diet, exercise and lifestyle. The training is two days a week for ten weeks.

 I found Slivers through Google. It was a lucky fluke. My first booking was cleaning. I wouldn’t normally do cleaning work but I thought “what the heck” and it was OK. I’ve also done short bursts of telesales. I have a background in that kind of work. Typically I get booked from 10.00 to 2.00pm for two days.
