My Slivers-of-Time experience has included working in a school kitchen, for the NHS, on a riverboat dining experience and for a local council. It’s exactly the kind of variety I wanted. I signed up after seeing Slivers on a TV programme.

I am studying business IT. Soon I will be job hunting.  I am focused on a career in software development, but I wanted a broad range of experience to get a taste of the world of work.

What I like about Slivers is that I am my own brand. I get the chance to constantly impress a lot of employers. Because the bookings are short you know very quickly if you’ve made your mark because you can see how soon you get rebooked by the organisations that have already hired you.
