My 11 year old, Frances, has Cerebral Palsy. There are five hospital consultants involved in his care. He also has to go to hydrotherapy, occupational therapy, orthotics and other treatments as slots become available. The government makes direct payments for respite carers, but it's so difficult to find one when you need them.

I used to have a job, but it was really stressful. I have to put Frances first. I was forever getting into trouble with my employers. I've done freelance work showing foreign visitors around the city, but I want more variety.

I don't have much availability but I've done a few Slivers bookings. Mainly I've worked for Housing Assocations. I want to do more bookings. Not working is socially isolating. My skills and experience should be used.
